Welcome to the Social Justice Center (SJC) at Washington University! The Social Justice Center is the product of a shared vision and a collaborative effort by Washington University administrators, faculty and students. The SJC serves to centralize the efforts within the Washington University community to combat prejudice and promote social justice.
The SJC is staffed by student workers, and there is a student group associated with the Center. The SJC student group is a student-run organization that promotes awareness and understanding of social justice and diversity issues by providing education, facilitations, and resources. New members are always welcome - the student group meets every Sunday night at 8pm in the SJC (in Hurd Hall).
